hi
My friend gave me a nokia 6010 phone that he used w/ Cingular...but i would like to unlock it w/ T-Mobile
the IMEI number is 010418/00/035486/2 can somebody help me w/ the codes thank u
on the phone...how do i put in the numbers exactly on to the phone keypad? Thank u

How to enter the generated code? no more than 5 times
Every code unlocks a certain lock. Code number 7 usually unlocks them all but some phones are 'buggy' and will not accept code 7 at first then use code 1.
Usually you only have to use code 7 or code 1.
#pw+xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx+7#
REMOVE SIMCARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1. Press ( # ) on your phone
2. To get ( p ) press ( * ) 3 times within 1sec
3. To get ( w ) press ( * ) 4 times within 1sec
4. To get ( + ) press ( * ) 2 times within1sec
5. Enter the 15 digit code
6. To get ( + ) press ( * ) 2 times within 1sec
7. Enter code number
8. Press ( # ) on your phone
Now your phone is unlocked!
If your phone isn?t unlocked after code 1 or code 7 then you have either entered the wrong IMEI or Network. Sometimes there could also be a problem with newer software versions. Then you can try another 'Boxserial' Remember! You have only five tries to enter the right code. After that you will need a cable to unlock your phone. So please, BEWARE all at your own risk

Hey...i tried it...it wouldn't let me do anything without the SIM card being in there so i put it back in and then i tried code 7 then code 1 and it still didn't work...i've tried everything more than 5 times and it still asks for a restriction code so i'm assuming i can still keep trying the codes.
If u have any other suggestions please let me know

Verify code before pressing the last #.
If it still says Restriction on after you have entered the code, then the code is incorrect.
If it says Restriction Off, then the phone is unlocked.

thank you charles01 - I tried the 2nd code number you provided and it didnt work. Looking a previous codes you provided to others it seems yours do not work.
