i have a nokia 6230 and entered the 7 codes i found and none worked. it then said fone restricted

i found a program and got two codes

first one said wrong code
the 2nd said phone restricted

what have i done wrong and how can i fix it

its a nokia 6230
originally orange
imei number 355665008024631

any help is aprreciated
