10 packs there Bigtoxy69?

Special project?

Most I have bought at 1 time is 7 pks of MCC-004 at Office Max,and I didn't even put a dent in their huge supply of them.

Staple's still have the memosux on sale again, which was a 2 week sale starting last sunday.

Any news of what Office Max has on sale tomorrow?

Whoa nellie, wrong stores! When I mentioned Office Depot, I should have mentioned Office Max. See what happens when you start mentioning fine female flesh, get all stupid on you alls.
The Verbatim sale is at Office Max, not Office Depot, my apologies for premature salavating...Office Depot has not updated their web pages as of yet.

Because we are all cheap A$$es here, we stalk bargains and refuse to pay full price for anything, if you think American men are bad, wait until you check out their bulletin boards, some bored housewives do nothing but cruise Walmart looking for mispriced items and immediately alert the known world when they find one. Still have the $14.99 Eureka upright wife bought at K-Mart a few years ago, saw a post on the net about how they were mispriced, ran me over trying to get to the local store before anyone else bought it. Scary eh?
Hey Bigtoxy, at least she (Angelina)spoke to you, all I got was the stun gun.

I've got a co-worker who takes his wife and mother in law shopping on every:
Sunday/monday/thursday/and saturday-every freakin week.

They may hit 4 or 5 targets/kmarts/walmarts/kohls/sears/etc in 2 very large towns. He told me his mileage for 1 day and it was over 400 miles. They'll hit the same store twice if one of them has a lower price. He does no shopping. He just sits in his car playing his nintendo game boy/ipod/or anything else he takes all day long, and then go in working the night shift.

The days he doesn't drive them to sales, they drive themselves.

Believe it or not, they don't spend that much money each day and come back with some great bargains. He's been doing this ritual for years.

I'll bet they come back with a bunch of crap that they'll probably never use.

Now us real men,we know what we want/how much we will pay for it/purchase it only/and get the heck out of dodge! Am I right? LOL

@Saugmon,
I agree, millions of years of evolution taught us how to hunt. Go in there quietly, quickly, poke the mastodon with sharp pointy sticks, then get out before the rest of the herd wakes up to what we are doing. Our slow ancestors are the ones archeologists find squished in swamps and bogs. Womenfolk on the otherhand, hung around the berry patch, picking each and everylast berry they could find, making sure not to miss any, making sure their berries looked better than she-ugh's from across the holler. Of course once we men started bringing back large furry critters, the women folk discovered how nice it was to wear a warm furry coat. Before long they all started comparing their coats to one another, and woe was the man-beast who had given his she-beast the rattiest hide, poor Korg was sent out on the next hunt knowing that if he wanted any when he got back, he had better be bringin' home a tigerskin or leopard for his she-beast. She knew what the happening cavewomen were gonna be wearing in Paris next season....after that, it was all downhill for us men folk. That describes the differences in shopping between the hunter and the gatherer. A woman has no idea how dangerous a 60 inch plasma TV can be when cornered in an electronics store, nor how beautiful it looks hung in a hunters trophy room. Next week on World History according to AD, the story of how those little shiny little rocks found in a stream became mankind's worst nightmare...

I'm down to the last 350 or so slimline cases. Office max is where I've been picking them up,but they increased the price a couple clams a few weeks ago.

Staple's sometimes have them on sale.A 2 week memosux sale put me off from going over there to see what else they had.

They had that 19" flatscreen monitor on sale last week, should still be on sale this week for a hair under 200 clams.

If you got an Odd lots or Big lots store, they usually have them 4 clams for 25 packs-every day price.

Hello,

I know these are not large quantity cakes, however, Walgreens is selling cakes of 15 Maxells for 6 bucks. I just went over there and these are Yuden 4x and Hitachi 8x's. Yes..these state Made in Japan.

By today's standard of 25-30 cents for silver top yudens these may be kinda expensive at 40 cents a piece, however, at least you know you are getting top quality Yudens and Hitachi's and not the value line type.

Just an FYI..

Greg
