i have my xbox modded with a xenium ice and a 200 gb hdd. i burn my backups straight o the hard drive and play from that. its great but there arent many good games for the xbox. so now i want to do the same for my ps2. is it possible to put a hdd in it so that i can backup my games or is it just easier to burn backup discs. ive been searching for a website that could teach me but no avail.

You can use a HD in your PS2, via HD Advance.

ok i found hdadvance 3 and plan on ordering that but do i still need to put a mod chip in and what else is required?

nope no mod chip , al u need is 1xnetwork adapter ps2, 1xps2 hdadvance, and 1xhard drive the bigger the better so dont be stingy on size,
