Okay I used both of this programs with no hangups whatsover and the picture and audio quality was amazing. I think it would have been even better with higher quality media. I am using philips (does anyone know how reputable this media is?).

Anyway, my real question is how come Clone DVD took so long to burn. The DVD File Creating Process took 45 minutes and the writing process took 57 minutes. That is 1:45 minutes! Is there an option within the program that I did not enable or is there something on my system that I need to enable? I keep hearing something about making sure that DMA on my system is enabled. I don't know what that is, but I went to my device manager and did not see anything labled DMA. Is it normal for a disc to take that long to burn! I was burning End of Days, which is 123 minutes. Any help would be appreciated.

What is DMA?
you're drives have different data transfer rates. DMA is the fastest and PIO is the slowest. windows is programmed so that when it encounters an error in data delivery, it thinks that going slower will prevent that from happening. So as it encounters errors it drops the drive down through DMA levels until it hits PIO.

Go to device manager and on most likely on the secondary ide you should find your drive. Uninstall it and then reboot. Windows will recognize your drive as new hardware and reinstall it with fresh dma settings.
