Hi there. I d/l a movie where the files are in .rar format. When unpacked, it's over 4 gigs. Before I convert to NTSF, I want to know that it's very stable and secure. (have FAT32 now). Have XP Pro OS. I had NTSF on my Win2000 pro, and found it very unstable. Also, once unpacked, it's an .img file. How can I burn onto dvd and play on dvd player?

P.S. Can I change to NTSF without losing anything? Sorry for the long question, just want to be sure.

I personally use NTFS and have no probs with it at all, seems stable to me in XP.

To convert check out this link, as it says you shouldn't lose any data

To burn an .img file you could use Imgburn which is very simple to use

http://www.imgburn.com/

all you need to do is right click on the .img and select "burn with Imgburn"

I want to thank you again for your help. Did everything accordingly, and worked fine. Imgburner is a great program. I tried on my dvd player and looks and sounds great.
