my psp turns on but there is no video, anyone know what i can do to fix this problem?

What do you mean when you turn on the psp there is no video, do you mean you can't play videos or do you mean you can't actually see anything

Did you run any homebrew that writes to flash? Or did you try to update and it failed (the PSP turned off during firmware update)?

If so then it means most likely that your PSP is bricked.

If you don't want to buy another PSP, and you're good with hardware, then you could try replacing the motherboard. You can buy PSP Motherboards from here: http://www.xboxrepairguide.com/psp-motherboard-p-897.html

Does the sound or anything else work?
If it does then your LCD screen could be broken.
