Winning 11 9 glich with hd loader HELP!

Hi all. When I run wnning eleven 9 off my hd with hd loader it always freezes after a game in Cup mode. The screen just goes black and you can hear the fans in the background. All other modes in the game work fine though. Has anyone else noticed this glich? any way to fix it???
