Thanks! I was thinking that my xbox saves games right to the HDD and The memory card I have, I never even needed it.

I have a DMS4 SE PRO with a 400 GB HDD for my PS2.

is there an application or something that I can use, so I can save games straight to the HDD ? there is supposed to be a lot of features with the toxic OS !

Thanks for the help man !

nope, saving to the hdd is something i wanted to do. but i got the original ps2 hdd and then found out that only those 5 games have the hdd support. i already had an 80gb hdd that i finally got workin on my fat ps2 after i got the ps2 hdd, so when it came down to it i just wasted money buying the ps2 hdd cuz ill prolly never play ff11 (dont feel like paying for the ps2 internet). i wish sony woulda made the ps2 hdd like the xbox one. my brother has an xbox and i dont think he even bought a memory card for it.

yeah, I bought the memory card thinking I'd need it, and all the games save right to the xbox HDD. I'm thinking there has to be some way to save it to the HDD on the PS2 though.

No, there isn't. You can transfer game saves to and from the HD, but saving directly onto the HD cannot be done

Try messing around with the Toxic OS browser, i think you can do it with that... not sure though, i have a stack of memcards, so never had the need to try out all my DMS's functions.

from what I understand if you have the sony official ps2 hdd it will show up in the ps2 browser. You can just copy games from your memory card to the drive and vice versa. As stated above you can not save to the drive directly. Also you must have the official Sony HDD to use the PS2 browser to transfer.
