Please all you senior tech wizard masters help me out here i am going round in circles. i have even read the guides posted on this forum can anyone give me a step by step(simpletons guide) to putting any working game on my psp (downloaded of course(do have original umd's honest)it is a version 2.05 i spoke to someone yesterday about putting homebrew on. i now know what this terminology means but still havent even installed an operating system that works. I downloaded gta lcs today and so have the game, i believe it will run on the 2.05 is there no way to run it in fact bother any game please someone help i am going mad

You can't run ISOs of games on any firmware above 1.5. You can run homebrew but not any copies of UMD games. There's no firmware 2.05, do you mean 2.50?

2.05? If u mean 2.50 ur out of luck, because it wont work on 2.01 or higher and u cant downgrade it. ISO,s (at the moment) only work on 1.50.

sorry quite right version 2.50 so basically i am goosed yes???? what can i run on it then (downloaded)??????? Or if homebrew will run i need more details on what it is and how it works please help simpletons guide please please!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you ave a UMD of GTA:LCS u can play various homebrew and apps on your 2.50, stuff like SNES, SEGAMEGADRIVE, NEOGEO, GBC, and so on here is a link to my guide: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/300895

Here's a site that shows you what you need to do to get homebrew working on 2.5 and what programs all work on 2.5. http://noobz.eu First off though, you need a real copy of GTA.
