Anyone see any quality difference between the Verbatim 8X MCC 003, and the Verbatim 16X MCC 004?

Also would like to add is the verbatim DVD+R onsale at officemax right now, made in taiwan = MCC 004 correct?

I've used both 8x and 16x no difference in quality. Burned the 8x at 8x and the 16x at 12x.
The media id code MCC 004 is the correct one for the 16x.
