Pinnacle Studio 9 Problems!

Alright I'm having a couple of problems that are quiet annoying. To first tell you that I've reinstalled tihs program 7 times and have restarted my computer 14 times.

Problems Are
1. I get a application error (0x7c168f1d) referance memeory (0x0000001c) saying that it could not read ...

2. When I capture video say for 50 seconds ... I will only get mabye 10 or 15 seconds out of that WHOLE time ...

What are my problems!?
