If you are thinking of trying the latest version of IE 7 to see if you like it. Wait a little longer. It is still a little buggy. I would run 2 to six tabs open, and generate a iexplorer error message and it would close itself. I normally have at least 2 to 6 individual windows of IE 6 sp2 running and no problems. There is very little room for clutter reduction and custiomization. Before I get slammed by the Firefox and other maveric programs read on. I have to know Microsoft inside and out, so I use Internet Explorer. Yes there are better browsers than IE 7. But most people don't feel confident enough to run the latest "Super Browser Buttwiper3000xes Supreme." The only reason I am reporting this is to help people avoid problems with installation and opeation. If you are comfortable with IE 6. Stay with it. IE 7 is barely just functional right now. MS must have their hands full right now. I tried to report some errors and configuraton problems, and didn't get a response. I even indicated to them that I was an Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and felt qualified to criticize. But, "oh well." Little fish, big ocean. We little fish have to watch each others backs. Me thinks there be sharks lurkin about.
