VobBlanker Won't Execute

download Vob form the thread here and It won't execute. I extracted the file to my desktop and it put a icon on my desktop but it dosen't do anything. I deleted all files and try to install again but I get a message saying.This file already exist do you want to replace the file with the new one. I answer yes. Then When i go to Install it agian I get a message saying the file seem to be in use by another program please close the program them try again. But there isn't anything using this file. And I was using dvd43 but unInstalled it. And thanks To alckhol i use dvd fab and shrink, But I need vobblanker. I hate them damn preveiws and fbi warnings,, S.O.S dawaxx60

If it's a movie you can do without Vob(movies without shrink loc)
you can cut the fbi's and other crap out with shrink in re-auther
and do movie only....

i always do movie only

Rebooting didn't do anythhing and Shrink in reauthor mode takes away my menus... Dawaxx60

Duhhh It opens minimized in the tool bar. I had to right click on it select maximize and there it was. Dawaxx60
