I'm trying to rip them with DVD shrink also running anyDVD. There Ripping really slow. DVD shrink says time remaining 99 plus hours. I tried doing a full rip of Hoodwinked using DVD Decrypter, then trying to rip the DVD image. Still says 99 plus hours. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong

Check and make sure your drives are in DMA mode, here is a guide

Just checked and there is no special protection on either of these titles.

Rip it with AnyDVD and burn it with Nero.

Load the movie. Let AnyDVD decrypt, Right click on the "foxy" icon down by the clock on the right hand side. Select "rip with Anydvd", save to a folder on the local.

Open Nero, create video dvd, copy the files over and burn.

Sure, either select what you want with Nero and burn or just select "main movie only" option in AnyDVD before you decrypt.

rips fine with the free dvdfab decrypter. Once again -- no reason for pay programs like any dvd

Just to let you know I ripped Hoodwinked with DVD Shrink and had no problems. Burnt with DVD Decrypter and still have no problems.

I don't own that movie so I havent had the chance to back it up. I used AnyDVD for Fun with Dick and Jane and it worked great. Ripped with AnyDVD, then used DVD Shrink and Dvd Decrytper to bring it home.
