Ok, I've tried psp video 9, no luck, tried moving the file from itunes, renaming it appropriately since it is already an MP4, and made a THM icon per the instructions on this board, nothing. Is there something I'm missing? Is there a trick to this? And yes, I am putting it in the right folder in my PSP. Shouldn't the ipod video(music videos) be able to move right over with a rename since they are mp4's? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can't. itunes downloads have digital rights management (DRM) on it, meaning it controls if you can copy the video/song to different devices. Unfortunately, itunes downloads ONLY work on the iPod.
