If you know people that work for a newspaper, they get the sale ads a number of days before they go to print and get delivered. It also helps if you know store managers or purchasing managers.

bit much on those 16x ty's for now.. i'll stick to the 16x verbs for 14.99 for the 50 packs when those came back around.
i got a pack of DLs from best buy from the last sale. which was about a month or two ago.. great deal..
i just dont need em

Hey !
For what it's worth checked my local OFFICEDEPOTT - the nearest one anyways And the maxells I saw were MIT's They did have a few spindles of White Inkjet printables Maxells that were MIJ ! But I don't think that those are the ones that are going onsalw tomorrow Thaough! But That's just where I live and one OFFICEDEPOT your area or store may be just the opposite ! SO Check it out Guy's & gal's Ciao!

Anyone know what the TDK DVD+R's are from Circuit City ? Are the MIJ Rico? I just need some disks to back up files from my computer not to use for Movies.

3 questions ??
Does anyone know the media codes on the 16X Maxells onsale at OFFICEDEPOT? Also Are there any 16x Maxells coming out of Japan or are they all TAIWAN made? And Finally I know That not all WALLYWORLDS carry exactly the same product when it comes to DVD media so does anyone know whether they carry the 16X maxells ? So I can price Match! That way I can go to the next town && avoid the BIG CITY traffic! AS always Thanx my friends & Happy Burning !

The 16x Maxell MIT (DVD-R) are coded Prodisk at Wally World. I don't know what the +'s are. Maxell is gonna lose alot of customers by going with these crap companies. Thats the 50 pk. cake box.
I was so ugly when I was a kid, my parents used to take me everywhere just so they wouldn't have to kiss me goodbye.

I drove 1 hour to my nearest Office Depot. All they had was the taiwanese maxells and they were scattered everywhere in that store. So I went to the wal-mart accross the street,and they didn't have the 50 pks. I went to the Super Wal-mart on the other end of that town and they only had the taiwanese.All these maxells were in the 8x speed at all 3 stores.
I didn't get shutout.That first older wal-mart had a clearance aisle. The had 25 pks of maxell 8x full hub inkjet printables for $10.00,and made in japan.
I picked up their last 6 spindles.40 cents each for full hub inkjet printable in the plus format is a very good bargain.
They also had 10 pks of verbatim Lightscribe cd-r for $5.00,picked up their last 3 pks of them.50 cents each,sounded too good to pass up.
All in all,not too shabby of a bargain hunting day.I still didn't get what I originally went in there for, LOL
