Yea, he knows what you want. What's the name of the emulator you're using?

I know some emulators have the option to clock it to 333mhz if you move the joystick when the emulator's running. It then usually has a menu pop up that has an option to clock the cpu speed.

i THINK what he means is that he wants to PERMANENTLY change the CPU speed in firmware, rather than jus o/c in an emulator where u play ROMs.
