Its not illegel to own and use on your self,

Nintendo DS has one.

Anyone with the right equipment these days would be using WPA-PSK instead of WEP anywaym and why would you need a WEP cracker for yourself, youd be able to go into "your" router and change the WEP manually.

Well what about those who want to get access to other routers? Example they have two routers at my job and only the bigger players have access to them.

I wish the PSP had some sort of cracker for real....the programs I've seen online were like greek to me!
