While useing dvd shrink it stops right befor it is done with the movie. A message pops up saying it is not able to continue, I have tryed with other dvds and they all work fine. It seems to only be the Disney movies. So far i have tried doing Bambie 2, Narnia, and Snowdogs. If anyone knows why this is happening I would be thankful if you could help.

Thanks

what decoder are you using w/shrink, these are all new disney movies, so they should have the new encryption on them.

DVD Shrink has problems with some newer movies/protections and is no longer updated. Use AnyDVD running in the background or try DVDFabDecrypter.

I had that same problem with both DVD Decrypter and Shrink. DVD Fab Decrypter backed up my Disney movies no problem with AnyDVD running in the background. After DVD Fab, Shrink had no problems whatsoever.

Regards,

Stitch

You do not need to run these two together, actually you can get a conflict between the programs, it is better to use one or the other. AnyDVD has its own ripper which will do the samething as DVDFab and vice versa. Or just run AnyDVD behind Shrink.

Just use CloneDVD2/AnyDVD, those two proggies will copy anything. Youll have to pay for them of course there is alternatives but there is not piracy talk allowed.

I would remove the last sentence if I were you noobers, there are lots here who are very keen on SlySofts' products & will not appreciate what you have typed, myself included.

you might also try vobblanker, run everything through dvdfab then process everything through vobblanker, works every time for me. alkohol has a most excellent and simple guide for doing this.

Interactual player is just a DVD player program, it does not stop backing up your DVD's. Although installing this will give you sw problems with other programs. Disney movies have Ripguard protection on them and that is what will give you problems, but if you use DVDFab Decrypter, VobBlanker or AnyDVD you will have no trouble.

I think inetractual is like a virus, you can only watch the movie on its cruddy player, is there any hacks for this?

I don't have Interactual player and I can watch the movies. I had one experience with it intertfering with other software, so, no more Interactual player.

There is no need for Interactual player, unless you have no player and need to install it. But any movie can be viewed on WMP, PowerDVD, Nero Showtime or any other free players out there.

Use DVDFab Decrypter it is free and updated regularly, rip to your HDD and then process as usual with Shrink.
