You can try a trial of Alcohol 120% to make images then you can mount them to wherever you need too. there might also be a few other programs to use but I know for sure that alcohol will do the job. you can try a trial of it for 20-30 days i believe. just type Alcohol 120% in google.com.

No Alcohol creates MDF, MDS file extensions.
If you need bin, cue files download CDRWIN as this does the job.

What about saving it as an image with Nero? Would that work?

This is simple really...alcohol120% is the tool..you are after a .img file..bin/cue is a waste of time...err I had a tutorial for this ages ago...
Load the Image making wizard and choose ccd image files.. select "read subchannel data" at the bottom where it says compatability choose "Playstation" then make your image...then ftp the large .img file into the emulator (where it says"put ps1 disks here) and then you should be able to select them from the games menu in the emulator...be ready to mess with the settings to get it to work...and some just plain don't work...there's a game compatability list here..
http://www.emuunlim.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5272
Work in progress.. I think that's how I made the image files...but I may have missed a bit somewhere...you need a big .img file, you can discard the .ccd file that is a few Kb... don't suppose it matters how you make it really, but .nrg and .bin files are totally no use...
Oh.. and whatever you call it when you get the option to name it in th box is what it lists as in the emulator

Your best to FTP (file transfer protocol) it to your XBOX hard drive, but you can only do this when your XBOX is modded in some way, same as you will only be able to play emulators, ie PSX if it is modded in some way.

I tried this..putting the psx emu on a dvd with some game images and I couldn't run the games..not because the emu couldn't find them but because it does a write test to the simulated memory cards in the emulator folder on game load. So it seems that you can't run this emulator off a disk..
Once installed it will run the games off a multi game dvd fine, but you can't play original games..the drive doesn't like the disks

@ moddummy..that's a bit of a silly offer..ever heard of copyright theft, what happens if you send a bios to someone and they are the law!!
Right..Big Fine..
A side note...you need to own a ps1 to have legal right to use the bios..anyway..just think about what you are offering to strangers, and anyone else in an open forum.. It's against the AD rules to offer or provide illegally obtained software.. not reported, just be careful

I can help...follow the instructions for making a .img file above and then burn all 4 image files onto a dvd as an iso9660 data disk..when it comes to the change disk part the emulator should hang and allow you to virtually change to the next image and then return to the game... Please report back if you manage to get this to work..because it's very buggy..there are some other issues with the FF series as well..like the cutscenes being jumpy, and the graphics going crazy when you enter battle mode..Check around some of the general emulator sties for the pc psx emulators...a quick warning.if you post for help on the emulator sites don't mention xbox...they don't like it at all.. lol
