can anyone help ....i have a nokia 5140 and a usb cable to enable me to take the pictures from my phone to my computer..when i try to do this my computer says that it has to look for the hardware for the phone but it cant find it...can anyone help and tell me how i can get the neccessary hardware please......many thanks

You are missing all of the drivers which should be available at the Nokia site.

thanks for your reply...i have another problem ..my nokia 5140 has pictures on and i would like to take them off i have installed the nokia suite and have the correct cable ca-42 but i cant get the phone to connect...i know that it works because my son in law has got it to work on his computer...i am using xp ...please can anyone help...many thanks
