So I got my Razr v3 unlocked....NOW I NEED HELP

Got the unlocking codes. It was Tmoble and I use Cingular.
Now I can't connect to the internet to down load ringtones and stuff.
What do I need to do?

how did u unlock it and where did u get the software? i need to unlock my tmobile razr to go to cingular
