hey, i was wondering how u could arrange photos in the psp?
the arragement doesnt go by alphabetic/numeric order on my psp, but i did notice it goes by the date it was last edited.. is there a way to make the order go by alphabets/numeric? cuz its extremely annoying to have pages messed up when reading manga
or is there a program that can arrage the order for u?
thnx
Edit: btw how do u edit a .jpg file without taking too long?

you could arrage them on your computer, by right clicking, then hopefully, the same will happen on the psp.

ummm... one thing i thought logically of... edit them, and save them in ascending/decending order (however the psp organises the images). or just transfer one-by-one.
i waz lead to believe it WAZ organised in the order that it got transfered to the psp... could anyone clarify this for me, if possible ^_^

I believe the last picture you put onto your MS is the first one that will be shown. so the fist pic and the second pic (and so forth) you want to see, you will have to put on last and second to last, respectively. (it's been awhile since I've messed w/ pics on my PSP, so I could be wrong, but I have had to arrange them before.)

i tried putting the last pic first then 2nd last and etc but it still doesnt work..
and the order of last edited doesnt seem to apply to all photos either.. just all the manga files i was putting in my psp... the other go by random orders.. (so i guess it could go by order it was put in my psp cuz i dont remember the order i put them there)
this is so messed up

so you got it working?? b/c I just thought, the last time I put pics on my PSP, I remember it was actually the opposite of what I told you. It's the newest pic you put on that shows up at the bottom of the pic file.
I am like 100% sure on this... unless doing it numerically worked for you...
BTW, on editing a .jpg, what do you mean? do you want to change the file extension to .png or something? If you do, go download a program called "IrFanView" - it's freeware and it supports every extension I know of. You open up a .jpg and then save it as a .png from the drop down menus. It's fairly user-friendly, so you can figure it out. I'll keep checking back here to see if you need further help.

Quote: It's the newest pic you put on that shows up at the bottom of the pic file
this isnt true for me.. the order i put them in the psp doesnt seem to affect the order at all.
and i want to know how to edit pics because if my psp orders them by date it was last edited.. i guess i will have to edit them manually XD
and i have a downgraded 1.5 psp so i guess the firmware is the japanese version
thnx for the help man

Hey, here's what one of them said:
Go and download a magazine made specifically for the PSP. Then look at the pages. They're all in the order the authors of the magazine wanted them to be in.
I agree that would be a great idea! So if you don't know any magazine sites, click the link below and you can d/l a mag there. It's like 7MB.

hope that helps! I believe it will.
