i got ps2 slim joint no mod chip and action reply max with max media with the pen usb ok now Im old school cat that likes retro games ok now my Q is it is easy to play sega games on the ps2 with max media but i would luv to play snes roms i have 950 roms on my pc
waiting to play on my big screen can some one plse help out step by step info to do it becuz it be so great to rock out on my fav retro games

Personally I haven't tried this yet so I'm not sure what the problem is... but I'm guessing you followed everything on that guide? Looking at the guide, the most important part would be:

SNES_EMU.001
SNES_EMU.002
SNES_EMU.003
SYSTEM

Also sometimes if the CD you created doesn't contain enough data (that's why the guy there said 10 games minimum), then the PS2 doesn't like reading it. How many did you put on the CD? (obviously not the whole 950 because from memory a rom ranges from 1~4mb or so)

that means you don't have a modchip in your PS2 right? Because to play SNES games using the guide above, you need to be able to load copied CD/DVDs... if that's the case then you'll need to do a bit more than what you got now to get this working, let me know if that's the case :)
