I would like to back this series up, but wanted to know if anyone had problems with it, and if it was dual layer or single layer that they used and at what compression....any info would be great.


Also, if you back up a movie with Shrink and it fits at 100% before and reauthoring, does it compress it still somehow or just leave it as it is?

Any info again would be great, thank you.

Hmmm for the Sex and the City - haven't done those so don;t know the size or what compression is needed. I
f Shrink can't handle them though - I'm sure AnyDVD running in the background or ripping w/ dvdfab decrypter 1st will do the trick.
For series though if you want the menus you'll need to do a full backup.
If not then just drag in each episode in reauthor.

If Shrink shows 100% no compression will be applied - it will just leave it as is - 1:1 copy.

Thanks for the info on shrink leaving it at full compression, now my other question is, if I have to do just espisodes and I dont have a title button on my remote, does that mean I will have to skip threw all the time ....

Yep - just skip/forward on the ole remote til you get to the place you want.
There is a way w/ shrink and some other program(s) I read somewhere here that you can add the menus w/ using reauthor that was a bit involved just can't seem to find it right now.
