Hey guys, i'm trying to decide between buying psp v1.5 and 2.5 or whatever...i know most of you guys even everybody will say 1.5 but theres few things i wanna know.
i know the 1.5 u can play older games from older systems,which i'm not into it. i jus wanna know if i get the 2.5 can u download games and play it, or is it just for the 1.5. alsoi'm not very familiar with this but if i get the v2.5, what's the point of getting 1GB memory?
when you guys say, you can play ALL psp GAMES on v1.5 ( i read it few times at different post), is tha true, or is there some games tha you need to update to play it???
my main purpose is to watch videos/movies and play few games, not older games, what you guys think is the best suitable version???

Only Firmware 1.5/1.0 allows you to play games off the memory stick. Nearly all games work ( there are still a few that do not).

If you have firmware 2.5 the only reason you would want a 1GB stick is for video and music.

oh okay, makes more sense..so the biggest and obviously most important difference is you can save games and play it from the memory sticks..is the quality of videos/music/browsing in the internet poor or its the same as the latest versions??

internet is not as good as with the new fws(2.01+) but not that far apart.
