							An unwanted dialer has appeared that I can't delete and it keeps putting a desktop item up. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

							I have windows firewall on my computer. It may not have shown up as I tried to alter my firewall settings to block the dialer but I have put all those settings back to normal now.
