Its another iso loader, but has the ability to load without the umd..

it is really the only program that loads without a umd and it isnt compatible with all isos, just a small fraction.
for the most part if you want to play a game you are going to need to have a few umds.
Don't be a cheapo, at least go out and buy a few games.
