I modded my xbox in 4 min!
iRiver PMC with a 30 gb hdd and Windows!
iPod 2nd gen. modded with iPod wizard!

you also need a program called DVD2Xbox it copys games and dvds to the hardrive but remember you must own the original or delete after 24 hours or you are breaching the copyright act.

try getting Aid 3.0 installer it comes with all the apps and soft mod that you need, and for copying games to hdd use the Hdd loader.
