Yes, it says "run at your own risk" in case anything happens to your PSP while using that particular homebrew. Since it's not code that was approved by Sony, the devs (developers) can't say it will always work perfectly. I got scared when I first read that, (when I first starting downloading homebrew), but it's a common thing. Just a disclaimer. Feel free to use PSPersonalize all you want. I have used it many, many times and it works great! :D

It was the same with PSPLAYERMT but if your running the GTA exploit no harm will come to ya, as your not accessing the flash with this exploit.

You wouldn't need to use PSPersonalize with the GTA load exploit. To use the GTA load exploit, your PSP FW would have to be above 2.00. Above 2.00, you can change your own wallpaper and yes, PSPersonalize does access your flash.

Anything that accesses your flash can potentially damage your PSP (brick it) As long as you know what your doing you should be fine. Just dont turn your PSP off while its flashing make sure the charger is plugged in. GL

yea, the prog is called "PSPset" and it's by the dude that ported DOOM. (I think, but I can't remember his name) I have a White PSP imported from China and the O button was the select button instead of X. It's tight, but then I fried my motherboard and had to swap out that motherboard for the motherboard in my black PSP. The black PSP had the american button config, so I had to change the button mapping with PSPset b/c I love the Asian button configuration. I haven't heard of a lack of button mappings tho.

Btw, I used PSPersonalize and never plugged in my PSP. :p
Works great! I like Flashmod better tho.
