I just installed a Duo3 modchip on a PS2 V.13 with Neo Fix XIV. When i turn it on with a game in it the red light turns green and blink continuously. Nothing is shown on the tv screen during this process. I have checked all the ribbons and they are connected fine. Does anyone know why this is happening?

yep, i have been soldering for the past 2 years and ps2's are bitches, what you have to do is get a multimeter and go over every fuse, also try it without the neo fix as some fixes dont work,

Set the multimeter to the lowest ohm setting, without the leads touching anything it should read like 1 or infinity or over or error. Now, touch the leads to each end of a fuse and the reading should drop to a low number, if it doesn't you've found a bad fuse. This measures resistance, an open circuit has essentially infinite resistance, whereas a closed circuit will typically have some minimal resistance.
