Someone please help me.
I can't connect my xbox to the computer using flashfxp.

My xbox is softmodded and I have the UnleashedX dashboard.
The cable that I'm using to connect to my XBOX is the Microsoft system link cable (Combat Command).

These are my XBOX settings:

MAC Adress: 00-50-f2-b3-42-2e
Enable: Yes
Type: Static
IP: 192.168.0.2
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.100
DNS 1: 24.25.5.150
DNS 2: 24.25.5.149
Auto-Detect: No

FTP Server
Enable: Yes
User: xbox
Password: xbox
Port: 21
Max. No. of User: 2
Allow Anonymous: Yes
Min. PASV Port: 1024
Max. PASV Port: 65536
SYST Name: UNIX emulated by UnleashX 0.37.121BA Build 543
Boost Mode: Yes

Please someone tell me what to do and if my settings are correct.
Under flashfxp it keeps saying this:

[L] Connecting to 192.168.0.2 -> IP=192.168.0.2 Port=21
(attempt #1)
[L] Connection failed (connection timed out)
[L] Delaying 120 seconds before reconnect attempt #2

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

do you know how to connect the XBOX to FlashFXP and view your folders using the computer. I need to get the ISO files and then patch them using ppf-o-matic. The only problem I have is the connection.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Right-click on your Network Connection and click properties. Click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and then properties. Click the Alternate Configuration tab and enter under IP Address something different than the xbox, so for your example try 192.168.0.5 and subnet mask 255.255.255.0 This ensures your xbox takes a different IP than your computer. I'm not sure what kind of cable the xbox-cable is, but if you are going directly from the computer to the xbox you need a CAT-5 crossover cable. If the cable you have doesn't work, you can always connect through a router. you're still having trouble, let me know, I'll be glad to help.

akspud93, I don't mean to attack, but Static is better to use because then you know the IP Address instead of it being assigned by the router. It's much easier to connect with the same IP every time than having to change it according to its new assignment.
Did you solve your connection problem, Poisson? I would still guess that it's the cable your using. 9 times out of 10 when I have a connection problem I'll suddenly realize that I'm using the wrong cable.
