im thinking about buying a ps2 but im not sure if i should. If i were to buy it what would i need for it...like something that i could use the make isos of games and play them(legally) if you could post a link to the stuff that would be great

Do a forum search for DVD Decrypter or Nero.

You'd need swap magic or a mod chip or something else to play backups...i reccomend DVD Decrypter for copy and burning the games. Also you would need some decent discs like. TY's, Verbatim,Maxwell or Sony...

my suggestion is to save your money and buy a premodded
system with a good mod chip from a reputable site like Teammodders.com (DMS4 Pro, Matrix Infinity)

the rest as far as backing up games is faily simple with a chipped system.

ya u can play them online, but its a whole different beast There are some great threads regarding DNAs. Here are links to a few reputable sites:

I believe Steimy has spoke of teammodders in other forums (I'm pretty sure), and they regarded as being very reliable in terms of modding.
