Make/model phone: Nokia 3120b (RH-50)
IMEI #: 356245002200849
Country the phone is locked in: US
Provider the phone is locked to: Now known as Cingular but before was known as AT&T wireless, however, I still am using my AT&T wireless plan (not sure if this makes a difference)

Codes I have tried:

#pw+935 002 264 322 003+1#
#pw+219 125 743 703 624+1#
#pw+146 514 470 417 714+7#

I tried using NokiaFree Unlock Codes Calculator v3.10
but I wasn't sure which to select out of the choices (DCT2, DCT3, DCT4, or 3120 (RH-19))

You only have 5 tries!! Slow down.
If you have only tried 3 times, you still have a chance.
Did you check with IMEI: *#06# ,Firmware Version: *#0000# .

Nokia:3120b (RH-50)

Network:Cingular
Country:USA

If you know the risks, try this ONCE and let us know if it works. You have only 5 tries and then it will be hard locked. After that you will need a cable thinga-me-jiggy to unlock it. It should still work on your Network so no big loss.

Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p) \
Press * 4 times fast for (w) IMPORTANT
Press * 2 times fast for (+) /

IMPORTANT!!
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
DO let us know if this works.
