I've tryed to enable the Wma playback,but it looks like I need to all ready have it setup to wifi. I found a free site to download MP3s but when i save them they turn into the audio files for real player. Is there any free applicant to convert the music into MP3?

Do you have a UMD of GTA?
If so you can use the WMA Enabler (download from here:http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/382 ) to enable WMA without wifi. This uses Fanjita's GTA Eloader,find a guide for that here:
