Hello,

I need help getting my phone unlocked i bought it in PARAGUAI and the store said it was unlock. But when I got to Brasil when I insert my SIM card it gave me no signal.

What error message does it give you?

Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.

When the SIM is insert it gives me no signal no singal status

it gives me no popup on nothing. Just the lest side bar have a signal..

I am thinkink your phone's frequency and your simcar's frequency dont match. Check out www.gsmworld.com and you will have a better idea.

All I go is ----- Brasil, simcard (carrier) TIM freq. 1.800 MHz. Dual-band 1.800 MHz/900 MHz.
