I see PHILIPS DVD/R 8X 25 pack for $6.99 at Circuit City. Is this pretty decent media?

Philips should stick to making light bulbs bought 50 of em and to took home one of the best 50 spindles of shiney coasters on this side of the planet wouldnt play in anything i dubb Philips DVD Rs a total washout on my end i hope if you buy them u have better luck then i did

Last batch of Philips I picked up, 8X were CMC-MAGS, AKA Cancer on a disk, returned them asap. Stay away, go for the verbs, or Sony MIJ's.
