Why does the transcodeing time bar go from 0 to 100% in about 7 mins, but still takes about two more hours to convert a movie? The time remaining has been steady at 4 seconds for over two hours and I have no Idea how much longer it will take.

Thanks

And now after 2.5 hours it's going through PASS 2. Is this going to take another 2.5 hours?

Something must be wrong. Is this the newest version of it? Mine takes right around or under 1 hour. For the couple movies I have done.

You can turn off pass 2 from the properties I think.

I also found that if I use one-click transcode, it doesnt go to Pass 2, but it may differ for the file you want to convert.

It just finished. More than 5 hours. I loaded the file on my PSP but when I try to run it the PSP says "incompatible data"

How do I prevent this from happening again. Thanks
