i need help with burning ulaunch elf to cd..
i have nero but dont know what settings to use..
i have made a couple of copies using standard cdrom iso but
ps2 says they are not a valid disc..

ps my ps2 is not modded i use swapmagic
i also wish to know how i can boot elf from mc ie how do i transfer from cd to mc..can i boot straight from mc? (to save all the disc swapping) any help will be appreciated :)

Are you burning the elf file directly onto a CD? i.e. do you just have the one elf file on the CD? If that's the case then it won't work. You'll need to create a SYSTEM.CNF file so that the PS2 knows what file it needs to load. Alternatively I think there's a CD image of uLaunchELF somewhere, find/download that and burn the image file directly would be the easiest

No you can't boot directly from the memory card, unless you have a modchip which supports DEV1 mode

i have got an iso of ulaunchelf (it is a global war package of which i can burn with no probs and works fine ,the package includes snes & megadrive emulator of which is where my probs are...) i would like to burn the above package but want to add roms in the roms dir. i have tried burning every file that was on the disc and adding my roms. but it wont load from ps2 after swaping discs with swapmagic, but the original iso does..maybe there is a way of opening the iso so you can add files before you burn keeping the original burn settings..unless you know what mode i should burn....i have burnt a disc with just roms on it but would like them to be on cd with elf as to minimize disc swapping....maybe i should just get ps2 chipped
