Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p) \
Press * 4 times fast for (w) IMPORTANT
Press * 2 times fast for (+) /

IMPORTANT!!
Verify code before pressing the last #.

Note: Some Phones require that you to insert a non accepted sim.

BTW, Your phone is an old DCT3 and may not work on sone other Networks because of different frequencies.
