ive downloded the moto 3.23... it goes to the phone set up page. begins loading up, says "please wait until ur phone has bin installed an set up"... then it goes to "mobile Phone Tools did not detect your phone...do u want to install manually......"

the phone is on and connected... can someone assist me as 2 y it wont detect it
