i clicked on dat link , and it says that the game is working but under the notes it says run umd + umd emu, wot does it mean?

you have to download UMDEMULATOR w/ the modded core to run with RunUMD.
Download that and a bunch of other tools you may need here:
http://rapidshare.de/files/19176395/all-u-need.rar.html
The password for the file is "eternalis" (minus the quotes).
You'll find UMDEMULATOR w/ the modded core in here. It's a pretty big file, but it's something you can hold on to. All the tools in it you'll need at some point or another.
Read the READ MEs and try to get this working. If you've never done this before, let me know. I'll send you a READ ME that I can custom make for you. But try the READ MEs included in the download first.
Let me know how you make out.
BTW, I know for a fact Street Supremacy will ONLY work with the G3N3SIS version of RunUMD. You have to have the UMD. The ISO still won't work.

also ive got fastloader ver 7 already installed on me psp, would i need 2 remove dat?
and just 2 confirm b4 i do anythin else, will pro evo 5 definalty work after i do wot u tell me 2 do??? wont need 2 update or anythin will i??

You don't need to delete Fastloader, but that's only for v1.50 games, I believe...
Did you d/l "all_u_need"?

what do mean "do dat 4 me"? You gotta do the work, homie. We're here to give you reference material, and walk you through set ups and what not so you can learn how to do this stuff and one day teach a n00b like yourself. (not dissing you; I was a n00b at one point. lol)
