This is the first time I've ever had any trouble. When attempting to backup Rock 'N' Roll High School: Rock On Edition, it says Cycle Redundancy Error and something about being problems with the encrypted sector.

Any suggestions?

What programs are you using? Generally, unless the disk is defective, using any ripper with AnyDVD should suffice. Without AnyDVD, DVDFab Decrypter should be able to rip it.

I have DVD Shink 3.2.0.1.4, DVD Decrypter, and Nero 7 Ultra.

I usually just open DVD Shrink and back it up with opening any other programs.

Also, I tried to use DVD Decrypter by itself after. It said that it successfully saved the files to a folder. I tried to open them in DVD Shrink, but it said they weren't valid VOB files.

The disk likely has a form of structural copy protection.

Try ripping with DVDFab Decrypter and then use Shrink on that. Shrink can't handle anything other than normal CSS protection by itself as the program has been discontinued for a while now. A lot of stuff is coming with elaborate copy protection. AnyDVD runs in the background and handles all this stuff so you don't have to wory about it. DVDFab Decrypter is kept up to date as well. Sometimes if Shrink won't open the ripped files you have to use VOB Blanker or FixVTS to clean up the ripped files.
