ok, i googled to a site and got a code, however after pressing the last # i press enter, nothing happens (no message), can anyone shed some light on this problem please

and if that doesnt work, try

thanx m8, all previous instructions relaiting to this was to remove sim card before inputing the code, however it worked 1st time with the sim inserted
