I just got my wifi max could someone talk me through the instalation i have tried almost everything

i have set everything up right its when i go to connect the psp to the computer it notices the connection but when i go to test connection it always comes up with an error

im just gonna throw it in the bin i been on this all day and i just cant get it working i have read the 1st thread at least 4 times uninstalled reinstalled i dont know what else to try

its ok i have sorted it there was a bug in jap firmware 1.5 so i upgraded to 2.0 then downgraded to north american 1.5 it works now

please some 1 help me with my wifi max!! i got the product in the post yesterday set it up strait away and................problems from the start. Iv now got to the point where i would turn on my computer and the wifi max starts and every thinks okay then 2 mins or 10 mins later it would disconnect from the internet on my psp..........its still connected to the internet on my computer and iv still got good signal (well it says connected) iv only had it for a day and i fill like jumping off a cliff already!! if some1 could help me ill be most greatfull.................thanks
