"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.

This is not the correct code.
The firmware version is : V4.00 2411-05 RH-64
If you don't have the code for this, can you fill the code for the same phone with the imei 358836008683489 , the firmware version is the same v4.00 24-11-05 rh-64

Not allowed means it is hard locked. Too many tries. You will never know if it was the correct code.
If you have not tried any codes on the second we can try.
