I apologize for I just posted just yesterday, but have a still problem. I have taped with tissue mod on slimline PS2, I can now watch the spinning disc as it loads up. I have GS v1.1, which I was tolden that it works. I let GS boot, click sdart game with not codes, it says switch, I take out GS (not pressing eject) and replace with a backup. For backups I have tried DVD+R from an ISO, cd-r from iso, and it just spins it for awhile, then stops it. After it just leaves me at the GS menu screen. I have heard of patching the ISO, but I have ASAPatcher, and it does not change it. Do i needing a new patcher? I thank all your help,

it should work for cdr games (as long as its not a downloaded dvdrip), but gameshark is a cd game, you cant just boot a dvd backup with it. You should try to get cd loader to boot ( http://www.swapmagicfix.com) and follow the cd loader instructions for booting dvd games.
