DGEN Rom loading for the noob

He i got Fanjita program to work and DGEN loads but when it finishes loading the roms arent there. Where do they have to be placed to read. They are in the PSP/GAME folder.And the rom file extension is .smd

Put the roms in the DGen folder in your PSP/GAME folder. It should look like this MS/PSP/GAME/DGEN/ROM/then place your .smd's

U can place ur roms unzipped if they only contain one folder on to the psp, i recommend creating another folder within DJEN called ROMS so they are easily found.

Just scroll through Djens menu and u should see the ROM folder.

I hate to ask this but where is it. I mean all that it says is Roms.and two menu's for gameplay.

Ok mate, press the L or R buttons to go to ROM LIST there u will see a folder called ROMS, press O and your games will be in there.
U must create the ROMS folder urself within DJEN.
DJEN/ROMS/SONIC THE HEDGEHOG

I gotta be an idiot. OK So i have the DGEN folder. DGEN>ROM>(roms[.smd]) SO i boot GTA, load eLoader, boot DGEN, and i get a screen that says ROM(but it is empty, I hit L and it goes to the game options, video and sound and I hit L again and it goes to a key menu. What do I do to load these beasts.

No problem mate.
Put your roms in here.
Along the top of the DJEN menu u will see ROM LIST highlite this and u should see these folders:
..
CFG/
CHEAT/
ROMS/
SAVE/
STATE/
Select ROMS and ur games will be in there.

*know it sees the roms while command line loading and then it turns the psp off.*

Did u press circle when u highlited ROMS? It may seem a silly q but people have done it.
When u start eloader again, press select to refresh its menu then select DJEN.
If this dont work mate,... u ave got me stumped...its simple to do.
Is there numerous files in the unzipped folder?

OK when i load DGEN i get this in the command line:
found suspicious hard path at 08A53F98
ms0:/psp/game
press a button to continue
I hit X and the PSP shuts down

DJEN or ELOADER?
DJEN, press the left shoulder button.
ELOADER, press and hold for 2secs L+R+START.

Just press the L button and go back to your ROMS folder and select a new one. Dont be surprised if it crashes, none of the DJEN,s (apart from 0.70 but theres no save or sound) are stable on eloader.
