ok so i have a v 1.5 PSP and I wanna get the whole loader thing going. On psp-hacks there are SO many loaders that i dont know whch one i need!! I would want to be able to play as many games as possible (even those that require higher fw versions to play) but i wanna keep it simple like UMD Emulator 8.0c (simply select ISO, click X and voila!)
so basically i am asking you, what are the loaders that i MUST HAVE to play PSP games that load games up easily? My friends psp has all sorts of loaders on it and there are some games where he boots up the iso, then restarts his psp, and then boots it again and then it works...i dont want anything complicated like that. thanks!
Get MPHGameloader. To use it, you go into umdemulator and change a few settings, press x. This takes you back to the menu, you choose MPHGameloader and then the game starts.
There are others, but only specific games need them really.
the 1st one is the one for the X folder and the 2nd link is for the FW 2.00 files that i need.

p.s. i ahve syphone filter dark mirror on my psp and in the zip file before installing it, there was an x folder. does this x folder in the root of my mem stick work for all games or is there a specific one you need for each game you play?
Yah my site was down yesterday for some random reason so it didnt work, but it works now.
You dont just start MPH. Start UMD Emulator, then using Syetm Menu load option, start the ISO. You will be taken back to the XMB. From there, start MPH Game Loader and it will work. (PS, you might have to use the hybrid 2.5 flash files from : http://eternal-psp.vze.com/dl.htm )
man this stuff sure is compicated. did i mention i was a noob and i dont understand terms like XMB and others. eternalis, i tried looking at the link un ur sigbut i only got confused even more...lol...all this renaming files stuff..wow.
but yeah i do have the hybrid 2.00 files from ur site.
